Challenge
Refugee women need language support to fully understand counselling sessions. On‑site interpreters can be helpful, but they often involve significant organisational effort. Not every language is available locally, interpreters are not always reachable at short notice, and scheduling takes time. As a result, counselling sessions are delayed and important information may be lost.
Solution
With professional interpreters, conversations can be supported flexibly and directly in almost all required languages. This enables rapid assistance, immediately overcomes language barriers and saves counselling centres considerable time and organisational effort. At the same time, the quality of counselling increases, as information can be communicated precisely and professionally.
