We work with organisations across a wide range of sectors (B2B and B2G) and support institutions such as hospitals, NGOs, city administrations, schools and kindergartens, public authorities and organisations in the asylum sector in Germany and Austria.

Your responsibilities
- Designing and operating stable, secure and scalable IT infrastructures
- Automating and standardising the operation of on‑premises environments and optimising operational processes
- Carrying out upgrades, migrations and lifecycle management
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as development, security, operations and external partners, while maintaining clear and structured documentation
- Managing and maintaining redundant system architectures to ensure high availability
- Taking responsibility for network infrastructure, including routing, switching and security components
- Implementing and operating load‑balancing solutions to optimise traffic distribution and service reliability
- Nice to have: Experience building and operating delivery pipelines (CI/CD, e.g. Azure DevOps) and deployment workflows in critical environments
- Nice to have: Experience expanding monitoring and observability across different environments (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana), including alerting and operational readiness
Your profile
- A solid background in infrastructure, architecture and operations
- Experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of complex IT infrastructures
- In‑depth knowledge of virtualisation, networking and security best practices
- Very good English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Experience working with agile principles, methods and processes
- A strong focus on delivering business value
- Clear and effective communication skills
- A healthy balance between the drive for continuous improvement and the understanding that not everything can be implemented at once
- Nice to have: Advanced expertise in virtualisation (e.g. Proxmox), networking and security best practices
