We are expanding our finance team and are looking for an experienced accountant who enjoys taking responsibility and helping shape financial processes. Your future role
- Independently handling all tasks of ongoing financial accounting in accordance with German accounting regulations and preparing documentation for the tax advisory firm
- Digital document processing (paperless accounting) including cost accounting
- Reconciliation of accounts and balances
- Processing payment transactions (accounts payable)
- Active involvement in monthly and annual financial statements as well as external audits
- Managing the IT‑based invoicing process for customers and interpreters, including handling related customer enquiries
- Preparation and booking of intercompany charges
- Supporting the team, including taking over representation duties when required
Your qualifications
- Completed qualification as a certified accountant
- Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting (experience in financial statements accounting is an advantage)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Independent, precise and solution‑oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Friendly, committed personality with strong teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

- Working hours: 20 hours per week in a part‑time position, with the option or interest to increase to 25–30 hours per week at a later stage

- The collective minimum gross salary for this position is €2,948.56 per month (based on full‑time employment). Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience
