The video interpreting project combines two major advantages: On the one hand, the people who contact us as an authority can communicate better. In this way, inhibition thresholds can be reduced and communication with citizens* improved. On the other hand, the project has many advantages for the employees of the City of Salzburg, as procedures are completed faster and it is easier to communicate with people, especially in sensitive areas. Through the video interpreting project we can ensure that all Salzburg citizens have equal access to the services of the City Council.
